This website is hosted using ChatGPT Sites, a service provided in the European Economic Area by OpenAI Ireland Ltd. When you access the website, technically necessary data such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested page, date and time, and security or error logs may be processed to deliver the site securely and reliably.
The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, the provider states that it uses an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Contact by email or contact form
When you use the contact form, your name, email address, message, acknowledgement of this policy, time of submission and technically necessary security data are processed. The website does not save form submissions in a separate database. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the submission for automated abuse, and Cloudflare Email Service delivers it to a Google Gmail inbox. Direct emails to contact@mamahatjetztki.com are routed through Cloudflare Email Routing to the same inbox.
Your sender address, message content and technical delivery data are processed so the message can be delivered and answered. Cloudflare states that Email Routing does not store the content of routed messages.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your message concerns steps before entering into a contract or an existing agreement, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Storage periods
- Ordinary enquiries that do not lead to a contract: deleted no later than 12 months after the final substantive reply.
- Contract-related correspondence and records relevant for tax purposes: retained for seven years from the end of the calendar year to which the record relates; longer only while required for pending proceedings or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
- Messages moved to Gmail Trash: permanently deleted by Google after 30 days, unless removed earlier.
- Contact-form security data: no separate copy is retained by Mama hat jetzt KI. Cloudflare processes the Turnstile token and associated security data under its applicable retention rules to prevent automated abuse.
- Website access and security logs: Mama hat jetzt KI does not create or retain a separate copy. Any technically necessary logs are retained by the hosting provider only under its applicable provider retention rules and for as long as required for security, service operation or legal obligations. The website operator cannot set a shorter fixed period for these provider-controlled logs.
- Social-media data: no copy is collected through this website. If you contact Mama hat jetzt KI on a social platform, the message is deleted from the operator’s account no later than 12 months after the final substantive reply, unless a contract, legal obligation or pending claim requires longer retention. The platform provider’s own copies are governed by its privacy policy.
Data is erased earlier when it is no longer needed and no legal obligation or overriding legitimate ground requires continued retention.
Social media links
The website contains ordinary external links to Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. No social-media feed or tracking widget is embedded here. The relevant platform processes data under its own privacy policy once you follow a link:
Cookies and analytics
Mama hat jetzt KI does not use analytics, advertising pixels, behavioural tracking, newsletter tracking or non-essential cookies. The hosting provider may use technically necessary security or access-control technologies to operate and protect the service. Cloudflare Turnstile loads only for the contact form and processes technical browser and connection signals to distinguish people from automated submissions.
Recipients and international transfers
Personal data may be processed by service providers used for hosting and communication, in particular OpenAI, Cloudflare and Google. Some processing may take place outside the EEA. Depending on the recipient and destination, transfers are based on an adequacy decision, participation in an approved data-privacy framework or appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
